About SwivelVac360
SwivelVac360 started with one simple goal: make pool cleaning so easy and satisfying that people actually look forward to it. This page introduces who we are, what we stand for, and why this cleaner matters to both DIY pool owners and pros.
How It All Started
SwivelVac360 was created by pool owners and industry pros who were tired of clunky cleaners that only rolled in straight lines and left debris on steps, corners, and walls. Instead of accepting “good enough,” the team set out to build a better manual pool cleaner—one that moves in every direction, feels solid in your hands, and actually does what it promises.
What We Believe
SwivelVac360 is built on a few core beliefs. Pool owners deserve honest, durable tools—not gimmicks or disposable plastic—and DIY should feel like a win, not a compromise. When someone cleans their own pool with SwivelVac360, they get pro-level results and the pride of knowing they did it themselves.
Built Different, on Purpose
Every SwivelVac360 is made and assembled in the USA, using stainless steel hardware and commercial-grade wheel system designed for everyday use. There are no cords, no batteries, and no lead weights—just the suction from your existing filtration system and a pool sweep head that glides smoothly across floors, steps, and tight corners.
Who We Serve
The primary customer is the DIY pool owner who wants a consistently clean, guest-ready pool without paying for weekly service. At the same time, SwivelVac360 is tough enough for pool pros, service companies, and retailers who need gear that stands up to daily work. From backyard pools to retail shelves, the same product delivers the same reliable performance.
Style Meets Performance
Most commercial pool cleaners look like industrial equipment; SwivelVac360 was intentionally designed to look as good as it cleans. With three bold color options—Sea Foam Blue, Black, and Pink—it stands out on a pool deck and in-store while still being all business in the water.
Our Promise to Customers
SwivelVac360 promises a cleaner pool with less frustration, backed by a team that genuinely cares about each customer’s experience. From ordering and setup to troubleshooting or bulk purchasing, customers get real support from people who know the product inside and out. If something isn’t right, the team works to make it right—because a better product should come with better service.
Where We’re Headed
SwivelVac360 is just the beginning of a broader vision for smarter, more durable pool care tools. The focus is on refining products that give homeowners and professionals more control, better results, and less wasted time. As more people experience what a true multi-directional clean feels like, the brand is committed to growing without losing the hands-on, personal approach that started it all.
